About Shell
I grew up at the kitchen table learning how money works—how to pay bills, save wisely, and plan for the future. Finance has always been my language, so choosing a career in it felt natural. I earned my master’s in accounting and spent more than 20 years in the financial services industry before specializing in divorce.
Today, I’m a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst®, Certified Divorce Coach®, Divorce Mediator, Financial Recovery Coach, and Caring Co‑Parent Coach®. My work is simple at its core: helping you understand your finances during divorce so you can make decisions that protect your future.
But my expertise isn’t just professional—it’s personal.
When I went through my own divorce, I felt overwhelmed, scared, and unsure where to turn. Even with a financial background, the emotional weight made everything harder. I had to rebuild, piece by piece, and learn how to make decisions that supported the life I wanted next. That experience changed me—and it’s why I do this work the way I do.
