Mediation is a collaborative process that uses a neutral third party to help disputing parties negotiate and come up with options that will allow both parties to reach a fair and equitable resolution. 

It is a process that is impartial, voluntary, confidential and above all allows the parties to determine the decisions made and keeps you out of court.

My process is streamlined, walking you through every decision, at your own pace. You will make decisions based on clear data.  I support you by making sure you are prepared, organized and know what is needed to be successful!

The biggest benefit is to the children, as you will move into the next chapter easier and get prepared for good co-parenting.
